Polisi Prefiatrwydd

Mae Nominet UK (Rhif Cwmni 3203859) yn gwmni nid-am-elw sy’n gyfyngedig gan warant a’i gyfeiriad cofrestredig yw Tŷ Minerva, Ffordd Edmund Halley, Parc Gwyddoniaeth Rhydychen, Rhydychen OX4 4DQ.

Mae’r polisi hwn [ynghyd â’n telerau defnydd ac unrhyw ddogfennau arall y cyfeirir atynt] yn esbonio sut y byddwn ni’n defnyddio data personol a gesglir gennym ni  neu darperir gennych chi, yn sgîl eich defnydd chi o’n gwefan neu’n gwasanaethau.  Mae’n atodol, a dylid ei ddarllen ar y cyd gyda’n hamodau a thelerau y gwnaethoch chi gytuno wrth ddefnyddio ein gwefan neu’n gwasanaethau. A fyddech cystal â darllen y canlynol yn ofalus er mwyn deall sut y byddwn ni’n mynd ati i drin eich data personol.

At ddibenion Deddf Diogelu Data 1998, rheolwr y data yw Nominet UK.

Gwybodaeth y gallwn ei gasglu gennych chi

Gallwn gasglu a defnyddio’r data canlynol amdanoch chi:

  • Gwybodaeth a ddarperir gennych chi.
  • Gwybodaeth a ddarperir amdanoch chi gan eraill
  • Manylion am eich ymweliadau â’n gwefan ac unrhyw adnoddau y gwnaethoch eu defnyddio.
  • Cyfeiriadau darparwyr rhyngrwyd a chwcis.

Gallwn gasglu gwybodaeth am eich cyfrifiadur, gan gynnwys cyfeiriad eich darparwr rhyngrwyd os ydyw ar gael, eich system weithredu rhwydwaith a’r math o borwr gwe, ar gyfer ein system weinyddu. Data ystadegol am batrymau a gweithredoedd ein defnyddwyr yw hwn ac nid yw’n adnabod unigolion. Am yr un rheswm, gallwn gasglu gwybodaeth gyffredinol am eich defnydd chi o’r rhyngrwyd drwy ddefnyddio ffeil cwcis sydd ar gyriant caled eich cyfrifiadur. Mae cwcis yn cynnwys gwybodaeth gaiff ei throsglwyddo i gyriant caled eich cyfrifiadur. Mae cwcis yn helpu ni i wella’n gwefan a darparu gwasanaeth mwy personol. Mae cwcis yn ein galluogi ni i:

  • Amcangyfrif maint ein cynulleidfa a’u patrymau defnydd
  • Storio gwybodaeth am eich dewisiadau fel y gallwn addasu’r gwefan i’ch diddordebau personol chi
  • Cyflymu eich chwilio
  • Eich adnabod chi pan fyddwch yn dychwelyd i’n gwefan

Gallwch wrthod dderbyn cwcis drwy addasu dewisiadau eich porwr. Bydd ein system ni’n dosbarthu cwcis pan fyddwch yn ymweld â’n gwefan oni bai eich bod wedi addasu’ch porwr i beidio derbyn cwcis.

Ble rydym ni’n cadw eich data personol

Gall y data a gesglir gennym ni gael ei drosglwyddo a’i gadw mewn lleoliad tu allan i’r Ardal Economaidd Ewropeaidd [AEE]. Gall hefyd gael ei ddefnyddio gan staff sy’n gweithredu tu allan i’r AEE sy’n gweithio i ni neu i un o’n darparwyr. Gall yr aelodau hynny o staff fod yn ymhel â phrosesu neu gwbwlhau cymwysiadau a darparu gwasanaeth cefnogi, ymhlith swyddogaethau eraill. Wrth gyflwyno eich data personol rydych chi’n cydsynio i’r modd o drosglwyddo, defnyddio a chadw’r data. Fe fyddwn ni’n gwneud ein gorau i sicrhau bod eich data yn cael ei drin yn ddiogel ac yn unol â’r polisi hwn.

Yn anffodus, nid yw’r rhyngrwyd yn gyfan gwbl ddiogel. Er y byddwn yn gwneud ein gorau i warchod eich data, ni allwn sicrhau ddiogelwch eich data a drosglwyddir i’n gwefan ni; chi fydd yn gyfrifol am unrhyw ddata gaiff ei drosglwyddo. Unwaith y byddwn ni wedi derbyn eich gwybodaeth, fe ddefnyddiwn ni ddulliau diogelwch llym i geisio osgoi mynediad i’r data heb ganiatâd.

Defnydd a wneir o’r wybodaeth

Fe fyddwn ni’n defnyddio gwybodaeth sydd gennym ni amdanoch chi yn y dulliau canlynol:

  • I sicrhau fod cynnwys ein gwefan yn cael ei gyflwyno i chi a’ch cyfrifiadur yn y modd mwyaf effeithiol
  • I ddarparu gwybodaeth, gwasanaethau a chynnyrch y gwnaethoch chi ofyn amdanynt neu a fydd yn ein barn ni o ddiddordeb i chi, os ydych chi wedi rhoi caniatâd i ni gysylltu â chi i’r perwyl hynny. Mae hyn yn cynnwys dilyn trywydd ymweliadau, yn ychwanegol i “Google Analytics”, er mwyn monitro perfformiad ein baneri hysbysebu. Gallwch optio allan o hyn wrth ymweld â http://www.aboutads.info/choices/
  • I weithredu unrhyw oblygiadau ddaw yn sgîl unrhyw gytundeb rhyngom ni
  • I adael i chi gymryd rhan yn ein proses ceisio
  • Os nad ydych chi am i ni ddefnyddio’ch data chi yn y modd hwn, neu drosglwyddo gwybodaeth i eraill at ddibenion marchnata, a fyddech cystal ag ysgrifennu atom i’r cyfeiriad uchod.

Datgelu gwybodaeth

Gallwn ddatgelu gwybodaeth bersonol i bobl eraill os fydd yn ofynnol arnom er mwyn cydymffurfio â’r gyfraith, neu i orfodi neu weithredu unrhyw gytundeb rhyngom ni neu i warchod hawliau, eiddo neu ddiogelwch Nominet UK neu eraill. Mae hyn yn cynnwys rhannu gwybodaeth gyda chwmniau a chyrff eraill i ddiogelu rhag twyll a lleihau risg credyd.

Eich hawliau

Mae gennych chi’r hawl i ofyn i ni beidio â defnyddio eich data personol at ddibenion marchnata. Ein harfer yw rhoi gwybod i chi o flaen llaw [cyn casglu’ch data] os fyddwn ni’n bwriadu defnyddio’ch data i’r perwyl hynny neu ddatgelu eich data i bobl eraill. Mae gennych chi’r hawl i beidio â chaniatáu hyn drwy farcio blychau penodol ar y ffurflen rydym ni’n defnyddio i gasglu data. Mae gennych chi’r hawl i wneud hyn ar unrhyw amser drwy gysylltu â ni yn y cyfeiriad uchod.

Gwefannau eraill

O bryd i’w gilydd, gall ein gwefan gynnwys ddolenni i wefannau eraill. Os fyddwch chi’n dilyn un o’r dolenni yma, fe fydd gan y gwefannau yna eu polisiau preifatrwydd eu hunain ac ni fyddwn ni’n atebol nac yn derbyn cyfrifoldeb dros wefannau eraill.

Canfod Gwybodaeth

O dan y Ddeddf, mae gennych chi’r hawl i wybod pa wybodaeth sydd wedi ei gadw amdanoch chi. Os ydych chi’n gofyn am y wybodaeth yno, gallwn godi tâl o £10 arnoch i gwrdd â’r gost o ddarparu’r wybodaeth i chi.

Newidiadau i’r polisi preifatrwydd

Byddwn ni’n rhoi gwybod am unrhyw newidiadau i’r polisi hwn ar y dudalen hon, ac os yw’n briodol, fe wnawn ni ddanfon e-bost atoch i’ch hysbysu.

Os ydych yn ddall:

Cynnwys a linciau eglur
Fel rhan o’n proses o wella’n gwasanaeth, rydym wedi ail ysgrifennu a byrhau llawer o'r deunydd ar ein gwefan gan symleiddio pethau lle bo’ modd. Ceisiwn sicrhau fod linciau yn cael eu disgrifio’n rhesymegol (yn hytrach na ‘cliciwch yma’) er mwyn gwneud synnwyr o’r cyd-destun.  Lle bo’n addas, crëwyd linciau gyda theitlau sy’n egluro pwrpas y linc honno’n llawn.
I’r rhai sy’n defnyddio darllenwyr sgriniau, rydym wedi darparu linciau sy’n eich galluogi i osgoi cychwyn o’r brif dudalen agoriadol. Noder na fydd y ‘skip links’ i’w weld gan y rhai sy’n defnyddio porwyr cyffredin, heblaw mewn ambell sefyllfa (atal “stylesheets” neu ddefnyddio’r allweddell ar gyfer llywio).

Nodyn ar Safonau Hygyrchedd
Ceisiwn gydymffurfio gydag arweiniad Consortiwm y We Fyd-eang (World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C)) ar gyfer hygyrchedd.  Dilynwn broses barhaus o ail werthuso ac rydym yn gweithio trwy’r amser er mwyn creu gwefannau sy’n fwy hygyrch i unigolion gydag anableddau, lle bydd technoleg a safonau’n caniatáu.

Mae hyn yn cynnwys Arweiniad - W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0), sy’n cynnwys cyfres o lefelau ar gyfer cydymffurfio y gellir eu defnyddio er mwyn adolygu cynnwys gwefannau at ddibenion hygyrchedd. Adolygwyd y safle yn unol â’r canllawiau hyn ac, yn y mwyafrif o achosion, llwyddwyd i gyrraedd statws A neu AA.

Ffeiliau Dogfen Symudol (Portable Document Files (PDFs))
Mae peth cynnwys wedi ei roi ar ffurf PDF. I weld y dogfennau yma drwy eich porwr mae’n rhaid i chi gael meddalwedd Adobe's Acrobat Reader software.  Mae’r meddalwedd hwn ar gael yn rhad ac am ddim os nad yw eisoes ar eich system.  Gellir ei lawrlwytho o wefan Adobe. Am ragor o fanylion ewch i PDFs and accessibility.

Colophon
Datblygwyd y safle ymatebol hwn gan ddefnyddio’r safonau gwe diweddaraf megis HTML5 a CSS3, a’i helaethu trwy ddefnyddio llyfrgelloedd jQuery JavaScript. Cynlluniwyd y safle i weithio ar unrhyw borwr ac ar unrhyw fath o gyfrifiadur neu ddyfais arall.

Accessibilty

Accessibility and help using ourhomeonline.org.uk

We're trying to make this website as accessible and easy to use for everyone.

If you are having any problems using the website do let us know. You can email problem details (including what browser and operating system you were using) to marketingservices@nominet.org.uk.

If you find a keyboard or mouse hard to use
• Make your mouse easier to use
• Discover alternatives to a keyboard and mouse

If you can't see very well
• Increase the size of the text in your web browser
• Change text and background colours to make them easier to read

If you are blind
• Discover screen readers and talking browsers

Clear content and links

As part of a process of improvement, we have rewritten and reduced a lot of website copy, simplifying things where possible. We try to make sure that links are described logically (rather than 'click here') to make sense out of context. Where appropriate, links have been given 'title' attributes to help fully explain the purpose of the link concerned.

For those using screen readers, we have provided links that enable main page navigation to be skipped. Please note, 'skip links' will not be visible to those using a standard browser, except under certain circumstances (disabling stylesheets or using the keyboard for navigation).

A note on Accessibility standards

We aim to comply with the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) current guidelines for accessibility; this is an ongoing process of re-evaluation and we are continually working to make our websites more accessible for people with disabilities as technology, and standards, allow.

This includes the W3C's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0), which includes a series of conformance levels that may be used to review a web site's content for accessibility. We have reviewed our site against these guidelines and in the majority of cases achieve A or AA status.

Portable Document Files (PDFs)

Some of our content is provided in PDF file form. In order to view these documents through your browser you will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader software; this free software can be installed for you if it is not available on your system by going to the Adobe web site. Find out more about PDFs and accessibility.
